It's all dirty rubbish, no matter what words are uttered by the diplomats , the facts of everyday life dictate what must occur for these states, and that is to KEEP PEOPLE WORKING. A scale back in production IS a scale back in employment , and Ipso facto an increase in vitriol toward their respective governments .

This is just one basic fact.

Here's another:

In order for ANY AGREEMENT to be fomented , there needs to be TRUST, and there is NONE between these petro states. Ok, so they can accomplish the arrangement through verification? No, they can't, because a scale back to agreed production levels is Impossible to verify on another countries sovereign soil.

These meets and sound bytes are pure lip service. The only thing that will increase PPB organically is DEMand globally , which is declining daily.
