This is a coin toss, however, most DD leads to possible merger w/ KI, due to prior history with the CEO's. Very few want to sell, because once the deal goes through, it's a wrap. We're already heading towards $0.50 to $3 instantly. So get your shares people, just in case.
The one's monitoring the board and filings will get a head start, but most people won't fill in this range at all, especially if news is released early in the morning or after the market closes.....I like after market the best. ;-)
Just be careful.....GDS* was expecting a merger with Rotan, and look how that turned out.....so this is a 50/50 bet in the end.
It can go either way at this point.

P.S. ASUV could always merge with another company in the end. It won't be as sexy as KI, but it can also bring some shareholder value to the company. No company goes current, after years of dormancy, for nothing. ;-)
