I believe any foreign company looking to acquire a Brazilian company has to go through their government first. I read up on the process at one time but this would be a costly legal battle for GDSI and will have to print more shares to pay for it.

Exactly! How can anyone fairly evaluate this legal situation without knowing what the defensive side holds in its corner. I mean it's absolutely ludachrist for anyone to rely on any information that came from a so called lawyer posting on Yahoo, stating that Rontan has no way out of this, without knowing what they are using to legally terminate this agreement. For someone to do so, they either must be a terrible lawyer or a fake one!

Any real lawyer would say, from what I have seen, I think GDSI has a legitimate case, but by no means would they ever make a judgement call without knowing what the defensive side (Rontan) will present to support their position to cancel the deal.

I mean there are so many unknowns about this deal, the contract, the reason Rontan wants out, what they possess to defend their position, and how they will use it, to make any determination about who has the upper hand in this contact at this time. It just isn't possible and NOBODY should use any viewpoint or opinion about this case to make a decision about selling or buying this stock. I don't care if your best friend is a reputable attorney, there are just too many unknowns to give an opinion on this case today. I am sure down the road there will be, but for right now, NO WAY JOSE!

BOTTOM LINE: Do your own DD, Do Not make any decision based upon the messages posted, and last but not least, USE YOUR COMMON SENSE to guide you! Cheers!
