Yeah they need a few kinks worked out biggest one is the porting of numbers and making easier for ppl to sign up and get the service with little to no Hassel.
Here's an example.... I signed up still waiting for a port I have friends that wanted to sign up to but after what they seen me go through they backed off. So we need to consider how many others are in the same boat as me.
This process needs to be as fast as possible people don't like waiting. They can just as easy go to the store buy a sim and port their number faster than what nettalk is doing. So all in all that process they use now needs changed asap.
We want people to buy Hassel free. Once your up and running the renewal part is soo easy so in that end of the aspect it's good. Good things are coming eventually.
I'm just GLAD they are not advertising right now. Once they can work the kinks out then some good advertising is in order. Until then just fingers crossed they take the matter seriously and get it fixed.
