April 14th is the latest date they can file without penalty. This is the date including extensions. They always file, and like most penny stocks I've traded, they always wait until the last day or two. My answer, based on history and my personal experience, is that we'll see the Annual report by end of day, April 14th... this week. The date I've provided for the release of Q1 2016 results is also the latest possible date for this other report to be filed.
It is always a possibility that they do not file at all, or file at a later date, but this is unlikely, in my opinion. Like I've said, Marilu ALWAYS files. Just as the mailman will probably show up tomorrow within 30 minutes of his visit today, so should Marilu file as she always has. Just my personal opinion.
