When Radio Shack announced bankruptcy, it was $.22. It dropped to 4 or 5 cents, came back and hovered around 13-15 cents for a little while. After about a week and a half, it jumped to 40 cents and slowly came down over the course of a few months while announcing liquidations/lease terminations. It took a long time before it got to 10 cents again. Perhaps PSUN had their big dip and any positive or neutral news could bring it back to mid-teens.
