You must be new to this game. That is part of the answer to your question. You have to be two dollars a share and have if I remember right 400 share holders and I don't remember the other parts to be listed on a larger exchange. Which gives more exposure, and more liquidity. It is not how they are up listing. It is WHY THEY ARE UP LISTING. Part of getting to where you want to go.
