Also Success of Tech is never measured with initial order. RXSF Product would have been supported, if it was a homerun. Simple Restaurant analogy as it pertained to GD opener. Restaurants always look like they are doing well until first run is done. Same with any new Item. The 3 R Rule in Retail applies.
