Taking an OTC stocks CEO's word for anything is a recipe for disaster - especially from a PR quote.
Either way, I wasn't talking about the merger, I was talking about the toxic deals that they made with Josh Sason and friends to fund the multiple build outs this year. Dilution is REQUIRED to finish these build outs, with ZERO guarantee for revenues from said build outs.
In the end, they can make more money than they dilute, but while dilution is ongoing, it trumps ALL.
Dilution is KING in the OTC.
