Correct! Dilution trumps all. It's a shame, but I've never seen the opposite. Every toxic equity deal ends in a lower share price. I've been around these boards SO many times and have seen SO many people claim "dilution is a good thing if we're expanding!" - never once has the share price followed such positive sentiment. This doesn't go for TRTC only, that's just how the game works!!!
