There a probably over a billion shares for sale at .0001, I guess thats well positioned, lol And nothing going on with the company. A ton of pinks have more going on than this, have you checked the volume in the last 6 months?
Incorrect. An IPO does not dilute. An IPO is offering of fractional ownership of future earnings, and only earnings through equity financing. Fortune 500 companies don't dilute. They split and offer additional offerings as needed as approved by the BOD and voting shareholders.
To compare he actions of reputable Fortune 500 companies and that of unscrupulous pink sheets is a joke.
Pink sheets dilute to screw shareholders and line the pockets of the management/ owners. I know of no pink sheets that diluted/ split for the betterment of their business, to increase earnings and enrich their shareholders.
