Testing lab regulations are effective in Cali by Jan 2017.
Angel will have to reinvent his whole business by then or maybe go back to teeth whitener, ticker wouldn't need to be changed anymore.
He'll will never be able to produce a fully compliant strain testing lab by January.

next year RIGHS PPS will be 5.00

lol he's suddenly going to ramp up to 50,000 tests per day from the current 2 tests per day.
