The orange disc is called a Berocca.

I think that's the stuff someone gave me when I was traveling Europe some 10+ years ago. Except that the guy said to simply pop a tablet in your mouth and chew it. I just remember it tasting like vitamins+fruit flavor but don't remember it fizzing, so I'm not sure it was Berocca.

I think it was also available in the USA at the time.

Worked great.
