Hard to understand how the key promoters are gaining anything as the entire debt is being financed by the the key holders!!!!…. That would be the original debt conversion, and the millions sense then…..Yah, They are making millions with that hanging around their collective necks. SLAP the ASK.
While I have brought this up, If you know of another penny where the owners are financing and own 51 percent of the stock would you please post it? I'm always looking for the next honest company….
