NMGL - Jehu Hand was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Yes, the FBI. He is probably still being monitored.
The FBI does not get involved in minor matters.
Everything he has done (including his actions regarding NMGL) is on the table. Everything.
As SevenTenEleven posted, how this impacts shareholders of NMGL is still to be determined.....but Jehu can't be sleeping too well these days.
