AS well, KSW Industries would like to make it known that the Delaware Corporation known as KSW Energomash is 50% owned by KSW Industries, Inc and 50% by Energomash Ltd and was set up to be the operational arm of the joint venture.

And in their communication to someone here from a few days ago, didn't Energomash say they had nothing to do with KSWJ?

Penny...yes, I am aware of the PR posted on June 1. Not to be a jerk or anything, but would you or anyone on this board best describe your relationship with Alex Khodja as:

a)very forthcoming
b)somewhat professional
c)a little evasive
d)more like Santa

I gotta have a little fun with this one. As far as I know, nobody has heard from this company since the June 1 PR. Not one of us has heard via email, despite numerous attempts. Why have an IR guy? What exactly does he do if he isn't in touch with..uhmmm....investors?? With a market cap of what?? They have an IR guy who does nothing? Is this just a little strange? These are just rhetorical in nature, please. I remain hopeful I'm hanging onto the wild card, but, that's as far as it goes..really... They need to let people know about their patent application, give us a number, give us a location of their work. Do we even know if it's in this COUNTRY, USA?? WHERE are they working????? Can anyone even answer that? For SURE? please. Sorry penny, they need to let us in on a little more information than what they posted back on June 1. Start with some basic demographics...that is one IR guy who needs to be fired..if he really exists
