That only means the top, followed, people on Ihub didnt post on the board today.What those gold stars represent are when your board has posts in that 24 hour period from the members on Ihub with the most follows. Many boards with a lot of those stars end of the week, drop on the weekend. especially Sundays. If some of the top folks post again tomorrow, you will see that number back up.

i think when one of the top 50 followers posts the star stays for 24 hr.
