Not sure of your point Hyperboy but I hope they picked up your tab because they must have some leftover cash from not taking advantage of the stock price at this level.
Their goals and that of retail shareholders tend to differ, they are self interested in making $$$ for themselves not everyone else, just like the CEO.
Never assume to know the motive or roles of institutional sized investors aside from the fact that they are seeking profit, at the expense of the common shareholders if needs be.
