I think those $1.0 buyers made a mistake: they should buy the shares at the then-asking-price which was $1.25 (measly 300 shares) to push the price further higher to $2 ~ $5, instead of waiting to fill their bidding price at $1.00 which caused more weak hand's sales at the bid. Finally they withdrew the bid support at $1.0 and dropped the bid to $0.0701! If they did the other way (i.e. buy at the asks) then the sellers would not sell their shares at the bid, instead they would either sell at the asks or raise the asking price to sell at the higher price which is why NXTN could hit $5 from the previous bottom a couple of months ago...
Usually when buy at the asks the share price will go up due to the price chasing effects; when buy at the bids the stock will go down due to the chasing-dumping effects from the weak hands unless the bid support is big enough (say 5,423 shares which is the Entire float count) to absorb all the weak hand's shares! It is a very common stock trading practice and rule!
Anyway if any news or updating from the company kicks in then this hidden gem will easily soar back to the 52-week high $12.0495 again since the float available for trading is measly 5,423 shares!
