still trying to figure out PEG Inc shares

received 16 million from the ENTI MMX/PTEL deal. Then they were R/S 1711/1 and merged with Encounter Tech Inc. restricted shares...

Later 1 Cert share was attached to my Old ENTI shares...have 3 more certs that are MIA...

I'd transfer my account to a self clearing brokerage. However with 240 share reported short here to the SEC. I am afraid the dog might eat the 4 Certs (1 attached, 3 MIA)...if transferred.

Convoluted SS I guess...until cleared...
