Obviously, there is always a risk until signing but it is very clear what they are trying to achieve and now the 8 cent dilution is capped, everything is going in the right direction. A lot of people will throw out abnormal numbers but people need to be realistic and bear in mind that this is still below 40cents and it will be several times return regardless in my opinion.
