the problem is this is advertising solely to try to get people to buy shares, the vast majority of the people who get these emails are not even in states where AG claims to operate. from a building a company perspective these emails are worthless, from a pump up the stock so AG and the debenture holders can dump and make money, there is value
why would any legitimate company spend 2.6 m since 2013 on stock promotion? why not pay down debt? why not try to build a zazzz that works? why not promote the company's services?
Advertising for their share selling is much different than advertising to promote products. They are just trying to dump more shares, not grow investor equity. These guys are nothing more than scam artists using a very well created con to steal retail investors money.
