Yes, the timing of the 10K and Whoopi's PR is interesting.

It does make sense but leaves, at least in my mind, some questions.
1. Why would Whoopi and Maya sell assets of a company they just formed and PR'd?
2. Why would there be a PR stating that Blüm is one of five dispensaries "chosen" to distribute their new line if some sort of agreement (purchase?) had already been worked out?
3. Why didn't The DP disclose what the "assets" that "we" acquired are?
3a. And who would base their sale of "assets" commencing on a date where those "assets" may or may not be available. Seems a loosing proposition for the seller. You would have to believe the "assets" are on sale, but where and more importantly, what are they?

You will not find any Nulief for sale anywhere. There has been absolutely no information regarding the product anywhere since the product "launch" back in early 2015.

Whether this deal is a James backed "back door" or not just having him associated with the fraud perpetrated on $RTI shareholders should send clear and dangerous signals to The DP. This guy James needs to be gone. He is a ticking time bomb, and I don't want him or Nahass interfering with my financial future.
