It's only a loss if you sell and just a fictitious number on a computer screen, till
you do. I look at it as opportunistic. It allowed me to accumulate and Avg down..

Management said on fb the silence was due to something in the works. I can ascertain that it is finalizing funding for this project,Delphi
agreement in the works, or El groupo....my hunch it's the first two. Reason being once the company gets the pps above .10-.15 they have room for a purchase and they can let lenders draw from the float..

Products or services to scam otc investors. This
would be the hardest as it is sec compliant and deals with the government. Mgt has only sold 1% of there core holdings and still owns 48% of the float. Why didn't they sell at .20-.25...maybe
they think that is to low....
