Let's clear up a few facts regarding your post..
1) 2 warrants were issued on 10/14/14 or sometime there after. 1 had a bail amount for 10K and the other a bail amount for 800K.
2) Markle was released from jail in the State of Texas (the same state that supposedly holds the 2 open warrants)sometime in late 2015 or early 2016.
3) This is a very IMPORTANT fact.......whenever ANYONE is released from jail, every one of them who is going to be released WILL have a COMPLETE National Crime Information Center (NCIC) criminal background check without exception.
In Markle's case, I can GUARANTEE you, that a full NCIC criminal check was conducted searching for any OPEN warrants throughout the entire US. This is a fact, it's part of being released.
Once the NCIC check is complete, IF a person has any OPEN warrants, the jail a person is being held in will contact the local agency from where the warrant was issued. The agency can either say hold him, we will come and get him or go ahead and release.
Now concerning the 2 warrants that still show open from the internet mind you, I could easily say we are not going to get the person for a 10K bail amount. They just aren't going to do it.
However, on the 800K bail amount, if you notice the F3 in the LVL column,that stands for a Felony 3rd degree. And I will tell you this is true 100% of the time. There is NO agency that will NOT take the person into custody. I have been in Law Enforcement and I can tell you 100% of the time, a wanted Felon will be detained for the other agency.
Bottom line is Markle did his time in the State of Texas and more than likely, both of these warrants have been closed.
NOTE....be careful of what you find online, in many cases you will see files that take months and months to ever get updated.
