I am not sure how much more they can disclose for the pending transaction or what kind of a better news they could have provided wrt stopping the evil 8 cent conversions and drawing a line under that. I suggest everyone to read the 8k one more time and analyse it in light of the most recent financials (10Q). Under normal circumstances, this should be double these levels at least but I don't blame you, the past mistakes, miscommunications of the management (or lack of communication) pissed away so many from here. It has been the boy who cried wolf so many times and when the wolf is here, so few are believing it is my view. Therefore, it is insanely cheap at 36 cents ahead of all this again in my humble opinion. If DM will not be the seller, how the shorts will cover is yet to be seen but also who is short this stock at these levels is another mystery to me...good luck to all.
