You're missing a very big part of that statement in the equation about r/s.
The only reason why they will r/s is to uplist.

I'm not sure where you saw the news about the name change. Please provide proof - bet even still, what's the big deal about a name change and how'd that negative?? But if you're really hung up on the name change being a bad thing? Here's a few examples for ya:
