What we got on April 5th was a Pre-PR, that, anyone can see; Don't worry about what others have invested here, (I'm sure you wish you had what he is currently holding). If you are worried about the performance of the company sell what you have, and you will be okay. Just remember, Boreal Water has exclusive water rights for thousands of millions of gallons of water, and sometimes it just comes to something as simple as that. No company is perfect, but one thing is for sure, Boreal is positioned at the right place at the right time!

Well I understand your point and will address each one.

I did say April and this is a fact. I see the potential here. That is the truth and I honestly think we are 4-6 months out from a really great return.

When you say management that makes me laugh because you know as I know that there is only one person when it comes to management and that is the CEO. I think she is honestly the problem. Too many many shoes to fill. I think the CEO is in over here head with duties as a CEO let alone sales, accounting or lack of, Investor relations(texting James)LOL an so on. It is hard to trust people with your baby and to be successful here she will need a team of management. I think she is coming around. I do not think she is garbage but I do admit management is lacking and costing her and investors dearly. Wish a decent IR person we would not be in the trips.

I think dilution is what took this penny to trips and I think anyone doing decent DD had to see it coming. Those convertible notes were not sold overnight and had to convert as no money was in the till to pay the debt. I must admit I was not here then and have not read 100% of the past financials but have a pretty good idea what was happening from what I did read. Not sure what PR's were released and not did a big study of share trades etc. What I do know is this company was in trouble day one. Bought out of bankruptcy in an effort to save the company. Did not look like a bad deal on paper but had new management and no experience in a market with much competition. Debt was day one the problem toxic financing the short term cure.

Past performance is important and I agree with you 100%. Here are my thoughts from personal experience. Some of the lessons you learn are hard and have to be learned from experience. In no way can anyone be proud of what has happened over the last few years here. What I see that others may not is effort and grwoth. She has learned and grown much over the last few years and at this critical time of BRWC's life she better make it happen. She is invested here heavily in time and CASH. BRWC fails she fails financially big time. She is not going to walk away from this with a golden parachute by far...more like a pine box. This is a great position for us investors in my opinion. Bottom of the 9th, bases loaded, 2 outs and a full count. She either hits a home run here or it is game over. I invested here a year ago knowing what I know today. The only thing that changed is China did not produce profit and I was banking on that. I looked at being here invested really hard believe me when that happened. What happened next is hard to believe but I engaged in DD heavily and then the share price had dipped pretty hard and I averaged down and added significantly to my position.

I see the risk and accept it. If this fails believe me we will see much hit the fan and PPS go to as low as it can go. Would be a prime target to be bought IMO. Some are threatening to sue and I guess that could also work out as looks like CEO has another company in Canada that has value. What if it does not fail? What is the risk to reward? I play the markets like all here and have some awesome home runs and believe me some zingers. I have a whole section in my portfolio of I don't think I will ever be able to sell. I also have had quite a few success stories of 4-5x to 15x+ wins that have more than funded my play here. More winner than losers by far.

Bottom line for me is I will eat if this makes it and I will eat if it does not. This is an investment. A risk. A gamble. I am OK here as others are also. Amount invested in relevant to an individual. What is much for one many not be much to another. Risk much = Gain/Loose much.

GO BRWC !!!!
