With all due respect, when Cobi last reverse split doesn't matter - why are you confusing the irrelevant with the relevant. The irrelevant being when Cobi last reverse split - for the specific reasons cited in my prior post. The relevant issues are the questions I brought forward which you have refused to answer. Why look out the rear view mirror when you should be looking out the windshield. I understand you want to take the focus off of the questions I brought forward while asking questions of your own that have no relevance.

What is pertinent is defining how cobi is going to raise money to be able to act on the plans outlined by the ceo - sponsorships of artists and industry specific marketing. Remember, they recently had to borrow $19k just to build inventory. This would indicate they are capital poor. So where is the money going to come from to achieve the new CEO's plans? Well, they just increased the authorized share count by a half billion shares - my guess is they are going to dilute shares to raise capital. But a half billion shares at current prices will raise only about $200k. To sponsor artists and invest in marketing will likely cost significantly more than $200k. So where is the capital going to come from - further dilution? Possibly a reverse stock split? Debt financing? And for these reasons I question those that believe the stock price has bottomed out. My opinions as always

So tell me where you think the capital will come from, the capital required to implement the plans outlined by the new CEO - sponsoring artists could be in the millions alone, the dilution impact to current shareholders, why you think Cobi has bottomed out in stock price and why you feel Cobi is at a good entry point. I look forward to your responses.

Chris20, haven't received a response.
