I personally, reject all penny stocks thrown my way too. With the exception of this and another one and of-course last year with another one I made a huge profit on got a million share @0.003 and sold 0.05. Everything with ASUV points to the direction of a merger happening. I made a bet, if it happens, I am in it for the long haul waiting for the Nasdaq bound to happen, if it does't, oh well, will move on.
