In the Q1 2016 SEC filing, Chester CORRECTLY cited the "Patent Cooperation Treaty.

I am glad that he read my post and did not use the incorrect "Patent Coordination Treaty" that he used in his previous public announcement.

Chester's present wife's name was not spelled correctly in the South Dakota paperwork for the Mentor entity created to hold the to-be-granted, potential patent.
