So what is it your trying to convey. We are well aware of everything. We are also well aware that after the new leif launch party they went silent and have not talked to any shareholder since. I might not hold such hatred for this company if they would have just come out and explained what problems they have had. Instead we got a lie about nulief on shelves which never happened and then just darkness

Many early TRTC investors were/are investors in NRTI. It made perfect sense for one to assume w Michael James involvement, and all the actions thus far, as CFO & now CEO of NRTI, & CFO of TRTC that TRTC & NRTI would have a symbiotic fit for the development, "branding & marketing" of CBD's, an eventual & potential multi billion $ market for nutraceuticals. There is now the appearance with TRTC's potential purchase & minimal disclosure of THERAPEUTICS MEDICAL, LLC, that a nefarious development may be occurring for TRTC to obtain the rights of Inergetics Inc 's R&D to bring into the fold of TRTC
w/o proper disclosure & compensation to NRTI shareholders. If this is the intention, let's hope management of both Companies come to the realization that it is in their best interest to continue the relationship for the benefit of their mutual shareholders & not suffer the reputational risks so many companies in the OTC marketplace suffer daily.
