This reminds me back of the paradigm shift into microprocessors and the worlds first microprocessor was a US gov't project and Ray Holt's involvement with the F14 fighter jet. Ray Holt likely had much of the credit not given to him with his work... due to classified top secret at the time but after many papers were declassified it was Ray Holt behind much of the design and building out of the microprocessor all for National Security re: F14

Does the PS Targeting program have any top secret classified information being held back at this time? I would say 100% yes, because there is too much information that is out there and I still think the gov't wants to see exactly how good PS Targeting may be.... before its unleashed and maybe PS Targeting must be tamed down a bit... for now.

No, they got ABBV in to kick the tires. Upon doing so, the data fell apart (for whatever reasons). These posts that there was a deal on the table are complete BS.

Well, one can believe anything. But it is not happening. You absolutely can not compare MOS to historical data, and that is just the start of why this argument fails the sanity test.
