Fojcol that seems likely to me - could be a negotiating tactic or maybe they had another takeover offer come in that they like better - luckily we have an alternate transaction clause.
I agree with that. They are too far into it with too much invested to not figure this out and make it work for both sides. This crushes rontan revenue wise and in the future if they lose.
