Their FB page features product from this site which is owned by the seller who says for now both domains are on the same site until paperwork goes through, so which site would you be ordering from, and where? Legit questions for investors - did you check locations?
What's not clear is what is being transferred exactly. ARCIS does not seem to be in the business of the heavy goods featured and seems to be developing its own product lines of lotions, juices etc.
