NOW.... it's become crystal clear why the shorting, SP and sentiment assault on IMSC. Very, very few retails know about this gem, those with deep pockets, insiders, the purchaser, etc, have been buying. Am glad I loaded in the .20's-.30's adding more Monday.

So zeynoc, what is your best guesstimate of the sale price? What about the 1.40 converts that the board has, how will they affect negotiations?

thanks for your analysis zeynoc. With the filing of this 8k it now seems likely to me that a Major Transaction is more imminent than I had thought, now that we have a June 30 date for change on some of the terms. The June 30 date puts a new perspective on why this thing came down to the last day - it suggests to me that a third party may well be involved right now.

Is another scenario that an event will happen prior to June 30, followed by a second event before the end of the year? That is, perhaps a partnership/buy-in prior to June 30 - thus the 6/30 deadline to change some of the terms, followed by a later merger or buyout that is dependent on certain milestones to be met (ie profitability, new TSA awards, R&D progress on the inline, etc.)?

Thanks zeynoc....even at the low end buyout price this 'pink' is about to reward us handsomely. More than double from here, gee all those shares we've accumulated in the .20-.40 range will be bank.
