Good points. The problem with the misguided illusion that they are not merged is that they cannot merge after filing to be public with TALK. Kinda makes sense they are merged as one legally before they have filed. Seeing all I have seen and can find they are "MERGED". Say no filings all they want too but the companies are one.

Actually, both UMS and TALK are being sued in real-time.

It is all quite convoluted. The reality does not match the hype here, not even close.
