Does that say if they sell to someone else instead of GDSI they pay a 15% penalty to GDSI? But what does it say if they decide not to sell to anyone? Whats the penalty for that?

Even if by some chance Rontan was to escape takeover, the amount due to GDSI according to the agreement is substantial. We are still way undervalued based on that alone. That said, I fully expect the terms of the agreement to be upheld and the takeover to move forward. All we have here is a chance to scoop more shares if some don't have the stomach for this ride. No one ever said this would be easy.
