Going out on a limb here, but as a public Co. TRTC is probably one of the most reputationally sensitive companies in this sector. Obviously James is directly tied to both companies as dual Officer status. DP was at one time a NRTI shareholder and confidant and I believe Inergetics was once mentioned in an earlier filing for it's CBD potential. Why not confront them both as to their intentions ? and perhaps they'll realize going through the front door may be better than going in through the back door to reach their objective. Recent conference call had no mention of the new company, nor did they take questions afterwards.
