I find it interesting that you use dates that fit your narrative...
Why do you compare July 31st and July 1st?

Let's take Apr 8 as an example.
Apr 8, 2012 Shares traded 292 (adj) Closing price 1.35 (adj). Total traded $394

Apr 8, 2014 Shares traded 2565 (adj) Closing price 1.74 (adj). Total traded $4464

Apr 8, 2016 Shares traded 52590 (adj) Closing price 2.63 (adj). Total traded $138,311

In the last two years (since company began diluting to acquire Sunworks and others stock has become more liquid and provided approximately +30% annualized return
