ANOTHER MASTERPIECE, I am speechless, WOOOOOW WHAT AN IN DEPT ANALYSIS, UNBELIEVABLE, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I AM GOING TO STICKY IT. That explains everything taking place right now. Without any doubt after reading your post, I can conclude that SUNW IS NOTHING BUT A WELL-ORGANISED AND WELL-COVERED DILUTING ENTITY WITH PRIMARY OBJECTIVE TO DILUTE TO THE MAXIMUM AND FLEECE INVESTORS FROM THEIR MONEY. Now we know everything why:
1. Tutes don't touch this thing
2. Now we know why every retail is staying away from it.
3. Why share price is melting away.
4. Where all those new shares coming from
5. Why retail who bought into this solar fairy tale can't get out.

We know everything right and can safely conclude that literally SHARE PRICE CAN FALL ALL THE WAY DOWN WITH NO LIMIT. I think it is prudent to advice people to seriously evaluate their holding in this so-called company before they loose it all. Since those insiders filed those F4 it really doesn't matter when they unload shares, today, tomorrow, 6 months from now, all they want to maximaze their profits. Jim Nelson THE CEO IS A DISHONEST MAN THAT IS WHY HE IS A CEO AN D A CHAIR OF BOD TO COVER UP HIS DEEDS. imo

This is a very important part of my thoughts on the dilution, it's not just the significant percentage of new shares being added to the float, but more importantly the lack of liquidity to absorb them. There is so little liquidity / interest that these new shares have to be unloaded over a period of years to avoid cratering the stock completely. Which sets up shareholders for a long series of disappointments as otherwise positive catalysts are actually negative as any event that generates liquidity generates selling pressure regardless of whether it was good or bad.

That is exactly what is taking place now, Sandridge was absolutely right. Man everything what he says comes true. How does he know those things? Everything he said and predicted on SUNW is spot on. Amazing, he is a true professional. imo

I want to add a sidenote to this informative piece of work.

Shareholders may want to keep a portion of their wallet for the case of an eventual buyout, which I think is what one day will happen.

We all know James Nelson has the resume to sell companies after all...

Hi,
I'm a newbie to I-Hub, so sorry for the dumb questions. Been more in the commodities space, where liquidity is only as important as the fact there have to be both buyers and sellers. Even 1 person can be a buyer and get the market going. So this is what may be happening here--everyone is waiting for that one person to take the risk, and get the market moving again.

In commodities, if the market stalls, sometimes people choose to not try and sell all their shares, but stagger them, so with dollar-cost-averaging, at least you get a better average than if you sold them all at once.

Also, isn't the solar market getting very competitive, which is driving prices down?

Thanks for your input!
