Cheynew I have been trading and investing like so many here for more years then I can count. Few companies have I experienced such an obsolete disconnect with their investors. You know the ones that keep the boat afloat.

This is exactly why it will be held down until all the bad stuff is over. No market maker wants anyone to sell shares to them that they are stuck with. So it will be held down until they can make money on what they are buying.
