I'm kind of in that same category, but I buy and hold more than trade. My main nest egg is in my current assets, 401K, my wife's 401B, IRAs, and college funds. When I sell a stock, I sell with the intent to spend that money, usually on something big and on or investing in something that makes us happy, secure in our future and provides the best for our kids to get off to a good start....like college with no loans to worry about when they are done.

Gonna be a good weekend. It's the best time of the year to be in Houston weather wise.
