You can spin it however you want. Massive debt and 8 BILLION shares out makes Btzo worthless. This "merger" as you want to call it, or repossession for failure to pay bills as I call it, may work out well for gers, or maybe even pvsp. None of it helps BTZO though. Which is the problem. Outstanding shares don't magically disappear. Debt doesn't magically go away. The way people are trying to mislead others who happen by this board is disgusting. Hub and marilu are lying scamsters, that has been proven out over the last 21 months.

btzo has quite a bit going on, but its not good. 4 mil volume in a month lol
