I saw that too on Finance.yahoo.com with a 60.000+ volume while the HUB was reporting a .77+ pps with a 2200 share volume.

Yeah the bid/ask quotes never moved - they stayed at $0.75 - $0.77, but there was def shares traded at $0.47 - $0.55-0.60 range at 10:09ish AM. I think it was about ~20k shares for NIOBF. LGORF same thing bid/ask was $0.23-$0.25 and traded about ~4k shares at $0.10-0.12 while bid was still $0.23.

FYI I was using Etrade Pro when I saw the prints go off, however on my TD Ameritrade feed those trades were not reflected (then again my TD feed is glitchy and misses prints alot...Etrade has never missed a beat for me ever, which is why I asked the board if anyone else saw it happen).
