Almost every CEO says the same thing. They focus on running and improving the company. We as investors want news so the stock will rise but unfortunately that is not the way it goes. I'm just as anxious as you are but when the time is right the stock will reflect the improvement. There is no way to time the market. If you are in right now you are in a very good position. There will be a large separation between us and the ones waiting for the stock to move first.
