I don't think Andy is a fraud, quite the opposite.

I've been clear and consistent in my reasonings. I expected the 10K report to reflect bad revenue and a loss (it did), and as a result the share price would dip back down (it didn't), maybe to new lows.

I also expect the Q1 2016 report to show a paper loss. Losses might extend into another quarter if new episodes of GNUS IP isn't released.

The news about Sony and the additional advances reported in the shareholder's letter were unexpected, causing people to ignore the 10K.

With the recent increase in the share price, I'm on the fence about what to do.

As you have probably noticed I have not been a huge fan of Andy. In terms of building a company with huge product potential I think he has done an excellent job. The people he has brought in and his contacts top notch. Running a publically traded company not his strength although he did well with year end. Maybe he is learning. Bottom line he is going to make me some money and that is all that matters.
