Congo this is interesting. I just called fidelity and looking at the fidelity APP real time and it says 352 M OS, 299 M float.

Why would they dilute for another 50 M i have no idea nor it was ever announced. I think e-mail needs to be shot to Martin

They issued 50M to the Chinese and I think Grammercy converted some of the warrants (but not sure about this).
