I use TA a lot. Just used it this morning for a 5 minute trade. It's not nearly as consistent in OTC though and while I don't disagree with your thought process, you're leaving out pending news that's due and good or bad news wipes out TA and throws dependability completely out the window.
There's lots of gas in the tank on this ticker so I'd be careful if you're waiting for prices to dip into the 30's. You see how big the gap is and news will immediately push this into mid 60's in seconds.
I worked for NASD/Nasdaq (but that's irrelevant) and find your perspective to be somewhat limiting. Other factors/parameters that are not 'chartable' come into play with any stock. Price movement is affected.
Regardless of what I think, go ahead and post your opinion. Some text book examples may actually support your theory, but Advanced Medical is a bit of an anomaly.
