If the SEC could find any real violations, they WOULD do something. 3 online posters whining to the rest of the posters doesn't help them shut anything down, does it? If you have PROOF of wrongdoing, forward it to the SEC for further review. There are many penny stocks that are halted. There's a reason we haven't. JMO... if opinions are still welcome here.
